About the Role

As a Caregiver, you will be a frontline representative of our company, ensuring high-quality care while fostering a warm and supportive environment. You will provide companionship, assist with daily living activities, and help clients maintain a fulfilling lifestyle. This role requires independent decision-making, good judgment, and adherence to company policies.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Companionship & Engagement – Encouraging social interaction, playing games, reading, and supporting emotional well-being

✅ Housekeeping & Laundry – Maintaining a clean, comfortable living environment

✅ Pet Care – Grooming, feeding, walking, and ensuring pets are well cared for

✅ Meal Preparation – Grocery shopping, cooking, baking, and assisting with eating

✅ Transportation & Escort Services – Supporting clients with appointments and errands

✅ Promoting Well-Being – Encouraging physical activity, mental stimulation, relaxation, nutrition, and dignity

Work Hours

This role requires flexibility, including night shifts, weekends, and sleep-over shifts, at various locations.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Experience working with seniors

✔ Current CPR & First Aid certification

✔ Vulnerable Sector police check (required)

✔ Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation

✔ Strong interpersonal skills & positive attitude

✔ Ability to work independently & handle stressful situations

✔ Physically & mentally fit for caregiving duties

✔ Passionate about providing excellent care
